Ages and safety

Are your fidgets safe for children under 5?

• Our fidgets are intended for ages 5+.

• Many styles include small parts that can be a choking hazard for younger children.

• Adult supervision is recommended whenever kids are using fidgets.

• By purchasing, you agree that use is at your own discretion, and Oserna3D is not responsible for misuse or unsupervised use.

What are fidgets for?

• They give hands something satisfying to do

• They can support focus, calm, and self-regulation

• Great for studying, working, waiting, and unwinding

Who uses fidgets?

• Kids, teens, and adults all use them

• Common places you’ll spot them:

  • classrooms

  • therapy offices

  • workplaces

  • homes

• Parents, teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals use them too

Are fidgets toys or tools?

• Both.

• Think of them as a fun little tool that can also be a delightful desk companion.

Product types and durability

What’s the difference between a flexi and a clicker?

• Flexi fidgets

  • bend, twist, wiggle

  • no switch inside

  • usually quieter, great for sensory fidgeting

• Clicker fidgets

  • include a real pressable switch

  • made for that crisp, satisfying click

How long do your fidgets last?

• We print with quality PLA and tuned settings for strong, consistent results

• With normal use, they’re built to hold up for a long while

• Like anything with moving parts:

  • heavy daily clicking

  • rough handling

  • drops and pocket grit
    can shorten lifespan over time

Designs, licensing, and digital files

Do you design everything yourselves?

• We offer a mix of:

  • original Oserna3D creations

  • properly licensed designs from independent creators

• If a design is licensed, the creator is credited on the product page as follows:

Do you sell STL files?

• No, we do not sell digital files.

• Licensed designs stay protected, and our in-house designs are shop-exclusive.

Sustainability

Are your fidgets environmentally friendly? What happens to plastic waste?

• We print in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from renewable sources like corn starch and sugarcane

• We do our best to reduce waste by:

  • using scraps for test prints and prototypes when possible

  • saving usable leftovers for future production tests

  • sending remaining PLA to a local option that accepts bioplastics, when available in our area

What about your packing materials?

• We aim to keep shipping sturdy and more eco-minded:

  • recycled cardboard shipping boxes

• We are always looking for better, lower-waste packaging upgrades

Custom, wholesale, and shop updates

Do you offer custom or wholesale orders (including Faire)?

• At this time, we are not accepting wholesale orders. Contact us for custom orders.

• This helps us keep quality high and fulfill current orders on time.

Do you offer classes, tutorials, or mentorship?

• Not right now.

• Our hands are full designing, printing, and shipping, so we cannot take on teaching or mentorship at this time.

Teacher and school discount

Do you offer free fidgets for teachers or schools?

• We cannot provide free items, but we do offer a teacher and school discount:

  • 15% off orders of 10+ fidgets

  • Eligible for K–12 only (not preschools)

  • Non-transferable and does not expire

  • Can be combined with other offers when available (including free shipping promos)

How do I get the teacher/school discount?
